Liquidanza Contact Jam offers an immersive experience where participants delve into the fluid realm of movement, both individual and collective. Inspired by flotation, contact improvisation and the liquid body, the jam is guided by the exploration of the qualities of movement and interaction with water outside and inside the body, whether alone, in pairs or within a group dynamic.

The Jam is the time to explore Liquidanza with others in a group setting. The Jam is where the Liquidanzers of different levels of experience gather in a pool of warm water to explore in a spontaneous and ecstatic way the movement in water, with water and as water between them. The Jam is an opportunity to be in contact with water in a fluid and authentic way and to delve into the different possibilities of physical contact with one, two or more people.
All Jams are done in a warm pool.
Liquidanza is for all levels. All genders are welcome.
Reserve your place, limited space.
Engaging in movement in water provides a low-impact form of exercise that promotes flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health. The resistance of water challenges muscles while supporting joints, leading to improved mobility and overall physical well-being.
Through the spontaneous and improvisational nature of the Jam, participants have the opportunity to express themselves creatively through movement. This encourages exploration of new movement patterns and fosters a sense of freedom and self-expression.
The group setting of the Jam provides a platform for social interaction and connection with like-minded individuals. Participants can share experiences, exchange ideas, and collaborate creatively, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Immersing oneself in the fluid and dynamic environment of the Liquidanza Contact Jam can facilitate emotional release and catharsis. The combination of movement, water, and social connection can help release tension, stress, and emotional blockages, leading to a sense of emotional well-being and renewal.
The fluid environment of the Liquidanza Contact Jam encourages participants to be present in the moment, fostering mindfulness and awareness of their bodies and surroundings. This mindful exploration can lead to reduced stress and increased relaxation.
Experience the magic of fluid and creative movement.
